Returns & Refunds
All our products are manufactured under strict Ways of Working, involving numerous standards inspections and are quality checked prior to delivery, as we are keen to ensure all our products meet your expectations. With this in mind, and on receipt of your order, it is advised that you inspect your ordered items, and should you be unhappy with any aspect of the product or service that you have received, please notify us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org.
If any products are received damaged (including unopened packaging) it would also be helpful if you could include a photo, wherever possible, to speed up the claims process.
We will investigate any issues raised immediately and contact you with a course of action that we will follow, which could include an immediate replacement item (if stocked) and/or and immediate refund of any products where appropriate, should you wish to receive a replacement.
If within seven calendar days, you decide products ordered aren’t suitable please contact us directly to arrange a return (excludes ALL bespoke made to order products). Only products returned to us, in ‘as new condition’ will be accepted, and once approved, it may take up to seven working days for any refund to appear in your bank account.
Please note, any items being returned, must be returned in a ‘saleable unused condition’ and wrapped securely in the original/suitable packaging.
We do reserve the right, to make a re-stocking charge of 20% (to full invoice value) on all returned items, with the buyer also being responsible for all return delivery costs.
Advancedscape Limited are primarily a Business-to-Business Supplier, of which all such business transactions are subject to The Sale of Goods Act 1979.
The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations will also apply if you are purchasing for home use with delivery to your home address.
Your rights to cancel orders are respected, however for orders that are ‘made-to-order’, clients should be aware that cancellation of orders mid-manufacture will also be subject to review and potential raw material & drawing office charges may apply.
Should you wish to cancel your order’s for standard stocked items, that are awaiting process or despatch, please contact email@example.com immediately with your order number, and these instructions will be processed without charge.
