Our Standard Returns Policy is to accept returns within 7 days of receipt of goods.
Any item received damaged will be refunded at the full original purchase cost including all transport costs.
Any item returned due to other circumstances, such as customer miss reading of product descriptions, failure to receive delivery of pre-arranged goods etc) shall be returned at the expense of the buyer, this also includes any re-stocking charges. These charges are non refundable.
Should packaging or items be received in damaged or poor condition, please provide contact us direct with photographic evidence prior to returning the item.
