Advancedscape were asked the question….”can you design and develop a range of low cost but high quality outdoor plastic litter bins”? – seemed like a mission impossible!
Working closely with one the UK’s leading rotational moulders, a range of designs were worked on and then developed into working products that offered the client both a high capacity Street Bin, but also with the minimum of maintenance.
As the design evolved, and working closely with the operations team, we discovered that the client also wanted to reduce the number of ‘keys’ his operatives carried and in doing so, reduce the emptying times of the unit.
Working together, we developed a unique keyless opening & locking system that was designed, tested and now used through out the borough of Hounslow.
The new Hefton Contemporary Litter Bin is available in a full range of colours and complete with a wide range of optional extras.
